The wood can be anything between 50 and 150 years old, and is assembled by skilled craftsmen to create distinct and colourful furniture. Each piece in the range is hand-finished with a unique blend these reclaimed timbers, making every item truly unique, and of course environmentally friendly. The steel outer frame is sturdily made too and adds structural rigidity, essential for something that will see a lot of family use. The wood is finished with a hard-wearing satin lacquer that emphasises the beautiful colour and character of the timber. Much of the timber used in this item is reclaimed, making it .
