If you’ve got money, we’ll sell to you! It’s not a trade-only site, nor do you need to have an account, you can easily check out as a guest.

Oh, and you have to live in the UK, because that’s the only country we deliver to.

Choosing your furniture

We list dimensions for our furniture in CM (centimetres). If our supplier uses MM, we convert to CM and round as necessary. If you need an exact size (in MM) for any item, just drop us a line and we will provide it.

The weights listed are generally shipping weights (which includes packaging), so your furniture will normally weigh a bit less than the weight shown. Again, if this is a possible issue, contact us before ordering.

With chairs that come in pairs, the weight shown is for 2 chairs, so each chair will weigh slightly less than half of that, once you subtract the weight of the packaging.

A lot of our furniture, any furniture in fact, uses more than one different material in its construction, for example, a white wardrobe with black handles. There are just too many combinations for us to list every one of them as a colour in its own right, so we list just the main colour, the one that covers most of the surface of the item.

Please note that colour is not to be confused with material. An oak coloured item may not be made of oak, but some other material that is an oak colour.

The colour of our furniture may appear slightly different in real life than it appears on our web site. This is due to differences in monitor settings, lighting and photography. If you need the colour to be an exact shade or match, please bear this in mind to avoid disappointment.

Sorry about that, some browsers, notoriously Firefox, don’t seem to like our videos. If you possibly can, use a different browser, such as Edge or Chrome, and you should be able to see them just fine.

Ordering your furniture

We accept payment by almost every credit and debit card, and also via PayPal. If you’re not sure if your card will be accepted, please either try it to see (it costs nothing to try) or contact us for help.

Yes, if you choose PayPal on the Checkout page, you will be offered PayPal’s “Pay in 3” facility (availability is subject to status) which will help you spread the cost when you spend between £30 and £2,000. It lets you split your total payment into 3 equal, interest-free instalments.

This is easily the single greatest support issue we have, but not to worry. A lot of email providers incorrectly label this email as Spam or Junk mail, perhaps because it talks about money?

Please check your Spam and Junk folders, as 9 times out of 10 it will be there. If not, it may have been blocked at the server level, so you won’t get to see it at all.

If you created an account when you placed your order (this was optional), you can log in and see your order, if not, get in touch and we will confirm your order manually with you.

Yes, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have up to 14 days from the day you receive an item to inform us you wish to return it or cancel your order.

Here at we more than double that, to 30 days, to give you time to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

You do not have to give a reason for returning your furniture, but you must return it in the same condition in which you received it, and without having handled it more than is reasonably necessary to have examined it. It must not have been built, or partially built, and then disassembled. All packaging must also be complete and undamaged.

If, when you receive your furniture, part of it is damaged, we will replace any damaged part/s free of charge. This rarely happens, but please be aware that occasionally it can. If you refuse the offer of a replacement part and wish to return your furniture after having opened it, this counts as a Change of Mind return, and you will be liable for return carriage costs.

Once we receive the item, we will fully refund you within 14 days, minus any charges as outlined below (if applicable).
NB: You are responsible for paying for any costs involved in returning the item to us, unless the item is defective or not as described. Please read the product description fully and carefully before placing an order.
Please note, the return carriage cost may be a large percentage of the purchase price due to carriers charging by weight, we will always give you a quote beforehand.
Also, we will charge you an additional fee if the item is damaged or not resalable at full price.
Also, if you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, but before it reaches you, this is classed as a Change of Mind return, and you will still be liable for any return carriage costs. In this instance, you may also have to accept the delivery if it’s too late to stop it, and then make it available for collection at a later date.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can make make arrangements to receive it.
We CAN NOT receive returns at our office address, we will tell you the warehouse address when you request a return.

Delivering your furniture

The vast majority of our customers pay nothing for delivery on every single item and with no minimum spend required.

However, due to charges we incur ourselves, we must add a surcharge for some (not all) items delivered to customers living in certain parts of Northern Scotland, outlying islands and Northern Ireland.  You can see this charge when you add items to your basket and enter your postcode, so it will never be a surprise cost after you have bought.

Unfortunately, we cannot avoid this extra transport cost, we hope you understand.

We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK for everything, and for smaller items, to most of the outlying islands too. If you add an item to your basket and add your post code, you will get a quote before you go any further.

Unfortunately our carriers impose a surcharge for delivery to some areas, which we must pass on. This will be included in the cost you see when you get a delivery quote. To get a delivery quote, add an item/s to your Basket, then go to the Basket page, Click Calculate Shipping, add your Post Code and click Update.

Most single item orders are sent via courier, and arrive in 3-5 working days..
Larger single orders, such as the largest wardrobes, and multiple item orders, such as bedroom sets, are palletised and arrive in 5-7 working days..
Fully-built solid wood furniture and garden furniture is sent via a 2 man delivery service. This can take 7-10 working days depending on your location within the UK.

Delivery will normally be between 8 am and 6 pm. At very busy times, or when catching up on delays due to extreme weather, it may be up to 9 pm.

Whichever method we use to send your items, you will receive a call or text message from the carrier to inform you of the expected delivery date and time. Please supply a mobile telephone number if you can, as that is the preferred method of communication by the carriers.

NB: Our couriers do not deliver on weekends, bank holidays or public holidays.

If your delivery is going to take longer than the times above, we will inform you as soon as we know ourselves, and keep you informed along the way.

Please note, we use several different couriers and suppliers for our furniture, and if you order multiple items, they may come from different warehouses, and therefore be on separate deliveries. It is not guaranteed that these separate deliveries, likely from different courier companies, arrive at the same time, or even on the same day. If this is going to be a problem, please let us know before you order.

If you really need an item for a specific date, please order in plenty of time to allow for delays, as we can’t be responsible if, for example, you have booked someone to build your furniture on the expected delivery date, and it doesn’t arrive that day, or arrives late in the day. Furniture should be acclimatised for at least 24 hours anyway, in the room in which it is to be used, before being assembled.

Unless stated otherwise, delivery is to the front door of the main property only. (Anything other than that is at the driver’s discretion, so please don’t depend on it.) If the item is heavy or requires extra manpower, please have this arranged beforehand.

It is your responsibility to move it from there to your room of choice. This includes apartment blocks or shared housing, where the main entrance is classed as the front door, not your individual apartment door.

For items which we deliver and assemble on site, obviously this doesn’t apply. Also, some solid wood furniture will be carried to your room of choice, see individual products for details, or enquire before ordering, thank you.

In most cases, yes you do.

If you want the driver to leave it in a safe place because you won’t be at home, they may do so at their discretion, but it will be at your own risk. The driver will take a photo of it as proof of delivery, and from that point on it becomes your responsibility.
